Vegetarian Aussie Burger - 4 of your favourite frozen veggie burgers?(like Good Life, Spicy Bean Quarterpounders with Chipotle Chilli)?4 free-range eggs?4 slices fresh pineapple?handful alfalfa sprouts?2 large red onions?1 avocado sliced?2 medium cooked beetroots sliced?organic low sugar tomato sauce?4 brown pita breads.Grill your burgers and pineapple slices until hot all the way through.?Cut the onions into rings and saute in a pan until soft.?Fry the eggs until they are cooked the way you like them.?Lightly toast the pita breads and cut them in half.?Lay one cooked burger on each bottom half of the bread followed by a fried egg. Layer with the remaining ingredients and put the top of the bread on.?Grab hold with both hands and enjoy!
